New VP for Kranlyft
Kranlyft has appointed Jurgen Vater as vice president of the Kranlyft group, based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
He joins the company from one of Sweden’s largest Scania dealers, Atteviks Lastvagnar, where he has been managing director for almost three years. The company operates from eight locations with around 150 employees. Prior to that he spent most of his career with Volvo Trucks, having joined the company in 2002 as after sales manager for the Nordic region. In 2002 he was promoted to after sales director for Africa and the Middle East, and five years later became regional manager for the region for all of Volvo's truck business with its five brands Volvo, Renault, UD, Mack and Eisher.

His first task at Kranlyft will be to launch the new Klaas trailer and truck mounted aluminium crane product range which the company will launch in Sweden, the UK and Ireland where it has been granted exclusive distribution rights.
