New role for Rosenkrands

Dutch international rental company Riwal has appointed Søren Rosenkrands to the new position of chief business development officer, focusing on merger and acquisition opportunities.

Rosenkrands will report to chief executive Norty Turner and will retain his current position on the executive management team based at Riwal headquarters in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.

Søren Rosenkrands

Rosenkrands joined Riwal in 2001, when he left Genie to establish Riwal Scandinavia, he has more than 30 years industry experience on an international basis. His current roles was chief operating officer - technical. In addition he has been responsible for integrating Riwal’s recent acquisition of German aerial work platform and telehandler rental company AFI GmbH into the group.

Norty Turner said: “With Søren’s wealth of experience in the access rental industry and his extensive network, he will be instrumental in exploring opportunities with potential partners to further extend Riwal’s international market coverage.”
