New CEO for Kiloutou

French international rental company Kiloutou has appointed Olivier Colleau as chief executive, replacing Xavier du Boÿs who moves to chairman.

The change follows the change of ownership at the end of last year in which investment group HLD acquired a majority stake in the business from Pai Partners and other shareholders. See New shareholders for Kiloutou.

Colleau, 47, joined Kiloutou in 2009 following just over three years with Zodiac Marine and Pool where he was vice president of business development. He started his business career in 1995 as manager with international management consultants Bain & Company, where he was a manager – moving to Zodiac 11 years later. His joined Kiloutou as director of strategy and business development. In 2011 he became director of Kiloutou rental network in France and was promoted to chief executive of Kiloutou France in 2016.

Olivier Colleau

Xavier du Boÿs has been a driving force behind Kiloutou’s expansion from a large regional player in France, to a national company and more recently an international one. He has been chief executive since 2002 and a shareholder since 2005.
