Triple peak Hird employees
19 employees from UK crane and access sales and rental company Hird have completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on behalf of their selected charities.
The challenge to climb the three peaks - Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres high), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres) - in under 12 hours was completed by most of the team with the best times coming in at nine hours 55 minutes. The charities include Hull4 heroes, Dove House and British Heart Foundation, with the team expecting to raise over £2,000.
