Northern sales manager for AJ

UK based distributor AJ Access Platforms has appointed Greg Moore as northern territory sales manager.

He joins the company after four years with JLG as UK national accounts manager, prior to which he spent almost three years with fork truck manufacturer Linde as corporate account manager. He began his career in 1992 with the replacement parts department of UK Caterpillar dealer Leverton. He moved into sales in 1998 as sales executive covering the Peterborough & Norwich area for the materials handling/fork truck division of the company – now owned by Finning. He moved up through the sales management ranks to the post of key account manager with the company which was acquired by Briggs in 2006. He left in 2011 when he was recruited by Linde.

Speaking of his move to AJ, he said: “I am really looking forward to this exciting stage in my career. My previous role within JLG UK, allowed me to understand the lift and access equipment business and market well, and work very closely with AJ Platforms. My experience with JLG products will benefit my new role, and I look forward to expanding my knowledge of other manufacturers’ equipment as I continue to deliver for my customers.”
