Another Italian acquisition for Kiloutou

Kiloutou has acquired another Italian rental company, with the purchase of Bergamo based aerial lift, spider crane and telehandler rental company Elevo.

Elevo runs a fleet of around 500 units, including telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, small truck mounted lifts, vertical lifts, mast booms and spider cranes and lifts from three locations, Bergamo, Brescia and Milan with 23 employees.
The move follows Kiloutou’s entry into the Italian market last year with the acquisition of Cofiloc and Euronol Kiloutou moves into Italy
Elevo founder and chief executive Sergio Gualandris said: “We welcome the acquisition of our company by Kiloutou, joining the Cofiloc network and undertake a new phase of its development in Lombardy, while continuing to offer the service levels that have helped develop the reputation of our company.”
