New SVP for Cramo
Cramo has appointed Mika Kouhi as senior vice president, mergers & acquisitions and corporate development effective immediately. In this role he reports to chief executive Leif Gustafsson.
Kouhi joined Cramo in 2013 from German bio pharmaceutical company Agennix working in both Germany and the USA, prior to that he worked with GPC Biotech, having started out as a professional football player with Finnish team VPS Vaasa, playing in Finlands Premier leave from 2000 to 2004.
Since joining Cramo in Germany, he has been working in development and turnaround of Cramo’s Central European business, while heading the Central European finance department between 2015 and 2016. He was appointed director, business development in January 2016 at which time he also took over the M&A and Corporate Development functions.

Mika Kouhi
Chief executive Leif Gustafsson said: “I am very pleased to welcome Mika Kouhi into the group management team. Mika has a solid background in corporate finance and possesses hands on experience in rental industry. He is a proven leader, who has played a vital role in strategy execution through M&A activity during the last year and a half. Mika is an important player in our Shape and Share growth strategy where merger and acquisitions will continue to play a central part. I believe that Mika has the right competence and experience to drive and further develop this key function.”
