Two new directors for Oshkosh

JLG and Jerr Dan parent Oshkosh has appointed Sandra ‘Sandy’ Rowland as a non executive director, taking the board to 13 members.

Rowland has been chief financial officer of audio manufacturer Harman International Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics since 2015. She joined the company in 2012 to lead Investor Relations and added corporate development/ mergers & acquisitions responsibilities a year later. Prior to 2012 she held various accounting and finance positions of increasing responsibility at Eastman Kodak, having started with the company in 2000. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
