Product support manager for Comet

Italian truck mounted lift manufacturer Comet has appointed Paolo Rossi as after sales manager.

In his new role he will be responsible for managing after sales service and repair, along with the parts department and other after sales activities in order to strengthen and improve the range of services offered to Comet customers and is part of a wider investment in the product support and customer service functions.

Having spent almost 25 years in technical roles he has a strong background in hydraulics, and joins the company after more than six years with packaging machine manufacturer Sarong.

He will be assisted by Marco Toselli and a team of technical engineers, covering both Italian and export customers.

The company said: “We know how important punctuality and efficiency are and how serious an issue an unexpected breakdown on the road or construction site is for our customers. For this reason, we conceive after sales as a complete service aimed at total customer satisfaction, which is followed in all its logistical and operational needs, both in house and at home.”
