New facility for Sennebogen

Sennebogen is building a new 'green field' Customer Service Centre in Steinach, to the north of its main crane plant in Straubing, Bavaria.

The new facility will bring together the service department, the replacement parts business along with customer service and administration. The building is going up on a 21.5 acre /87,000 square metre plot close to the A3 autobahn and the B20 highway. It will include two office blocks, large workshops along with a ‘state of the art’ spare parts warehouse. The company is investing more than €25 million in the facility, which is due for completion by the end of next year and is expected to create 50 new jobs.

In a joint statement joint managing directors Erich and Walter Sennebogen said: "With the new Customer Service Centre in Lower Bavaria, we are underscoring our service philosophy and bundling all customer and service oriented divisions at one location."
