Cramo buys in Lithuania

UAB Cramo, the Lithuanian wholly-owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, (the new name for the merged business of RK and Cramo) has acquired UAB

Aukstumines Sistemos, a leading Lithuanian access rental

Aukstumines Sistemos was founded in 1997 in Vilnius and employs 31 people in three locations – Vilnius, Klaipëda and Kaunas.

The management, which includes the three founders, will stay with the business. The company works with a number of manufacturers including, Genie, Nifty, Scanclimber, Geda and Günzberger the German alloy tower producer.

Details of the purchase price have not yet been released. Cramo say that the combined business makes it the powered access rental market leader in Lithuania.
