MK scaffold death inquiry delayed

The inquest into the death of a worker following the scaffolding collapse in Milton Keynes last April has been put back until November at the earliest. It was supposed to have started on January 22nd but coroner Rodney Corner said that more preparation time was needed.

John Robinson died after the 14 storey scaffolding collapse during the construction of the £23 million Jury's Inn hotel in the centre of the city. Two other men were injured in the incident.

Main contractor for the development was McAleer and Rushe.
