10 more GSRs for Smart

UK rental company Smart Platform Rental has placed an order for 10 units of GSR’s 20.1 metre B200PX truck mounted platforms following last year’s order for 10 units of the 18 metre GSR B180Ts in 2019.

Mounted on a 3.5 tonne, Euro VI compliant, MB311 Mercedes Sprinter chassis, the articulated B200PX features a dual sigma type riser topped by a two section telescopic boom which provides a maximum out reach of 9.2 metres with a 250kg unrestricted platform capacity.

Andy Burt, managing director of Smart Platforms, said: “Physical machine specification is important to our extremely wide variety of self-drive customers, but for Smart, back-up and support from the platform manufacture is at the top of the must have list. GSR and its UK partners work hard at the attention to detail, to make dealing with them a pleasure.”
