Riwal Germany expands delivery fleet

Dutch international access and telehandler rental group Riwal has purchased six new delivery vehicles plus eight trailers for its German operation.

The recent additions include six three axle DAF F 48 FTG tractor units and 14 three axle Multimax Plus trailers with hydraulic ramps and steel gratings. Supplied by Bickel-Tec and Faymonville, the new delivery vehicles will be located at Riwal’s locations in Gelsenkirchen, Stuttgart, Lörrach and Munich.

Michael Eisenbeck , Riwal operations manager in Germany, said: “The investments underline our goal of always offering our customers the best service they can get in our industry. With the new machines, we are upgrading our transport equipment considerably. As a company, we benefit from this, as do our customers.”

Riwal Run a young fleet, They had new trucks delivered last year as well,
As you all know you get a lot more life out of a trailer than a truck, and they are probably leased.
