Empire adds to sales team

US based Empire Crane Company has appointed Mike Walker as sales representative for the New England area, with responsibility for finding new customers while supporting existing customers and contacts in the New England region.

Walker joins Empire from construction equipment sales and rental company Wood’s CRW, where he has been a territory manager for the past two years.. He began his career in 2014 with Interstate Electrical Services as a business development associate, leaving for a short spell with Power Products Systems as an outside sales representative before joining Wood’s CRW in 2018.

Walker said: “Everyone in this industry are good people just trying to do their best. I am looking forward to selling the products Empire has to offer, especially Demag and Magni. I am also looking forward to working with the great people on the sales team as well as the brothers Luke and Paul.”

Empire co-owner Luke Lonergan added: “Mike is very charismatic and has good experience under his belt. He fits right into the team and we’re excited for our customers to get to know him.”

Established in 2002 by brothers Paul and Luke Lonergan, Empire Crane is an authorised dealer for Demag Tadano, Kobelco and Tadano Mantis, Manitex, Broderson, Magni and Wolffkran. The company offers sales, parts, service and rentals from locations in Syracuse, New York, Bridgewater, New Jersey, and Boston, Massachusetts.
