France Elévateur updates Topy 11
Vehicle mounted lift manufacturer France Elévateur has launched an updated version of its 11 metre Topy 11 straight telescopic truck mounted platform.
Originally launched in 1998, with more than 2,000 units sold to date, the latest version of the Topy 11 features a two section telescopic boom to offer an 11 metre working height, six metres of outreach and an unrestricted platform capacity of 120kg. It can also operate on side slopes of up to 15 percent - five degrees - all without the need for outriggers or stabilisers.

The updated 11 metre Topy 11 truck mount platform
The latest changes to the Topy 11 include improved access to the fibreglass bucket, the addition of a storage box on the truck chassis and redesigned upper and lower controls. Mounted on a Ford Transit Trend 130, it offers an overall length of 5.9 metres and an overall height of 2.7 metre as well as 650kg of available payload and a towing capacity of two tonnes. Additional options include an insulated boom and platform, electric emergency pump, auxiliary battery, drop down sides and additional tool boxes on the truck bed.

The Topy 11 is now mounted on a Ford Transit Trend chassis
The company said: “The Topy 11, which is already appreciated for its ruggedness, reliability and attractive price, now it comes with even more benefits. Created in 1998 it is back with optimisations that use state of the art technology.”
