German rental company Wocken Industriepartner has taken delivery of two Europelift trailer lifts from local distributor Rothlehner.
The order consists of a 13.1 metre articulated TM13G and a 18 metre articulated telescopic TM18GT. Weighing just 1,450kg, the TM13G offers an outreach of 6.1 metres and a platform capacity of 220kg. It has an overall length of 6.35 metres, a width of 1.5 metres and a height of 1.99 metres.
The TM18GT has a fixed riser plus a three section telescopic boom to provide a 10.5 metre outreach with 80kg platform capacity, while the maximum capacity is 200kg. Weighing 2,030kg, it has an overall length of 6.1 metres, an overall width of 1.64 metres and a height of 2.1 metres. Both models are powered by a 24 volt battery pack and feature articulating jibs, proportional controls and hydraulic outriggers.
Based in Meppen, Emsland, Wocken Industriepartner offered a fleet of 400,000 items for rent - including more than 400 access platforms - from 12 locations throughout northern Germany. Rothlehner has sold more than 300 units since it partnered with the Hungarian trailer lift company eight years ago and now sells around 40 units a year.
In a recent issue of Cranes & Access it takes a look at the latest developments in the trailer lift market and compares how the TM13G stacks up against the rest of the market.
