Mills swaps Rohr stake

Brazilian scaffold and aerial lift rental group Mills has agreed an asset swap with Brazilian scaffold contractor Rohr Estruturas Tubulares.

Mills will exchange its 27.47 percent holding in Rohr, valued at R$39.3 million ($7.7 million) at the end of 2022 for Rohr's 146 aerial work platforms, including all associated spare parts and accessories etc.
In addition to the fleet Mills will receive Rohr’s active contracts and client base related to the powered access business, plus R$4.9 million in cash ($960,000) and three properties, which are said to have an estimated value of R$14.2 million ($2.8 million). The properties will immediately be put up for sale to raise further funds.
Mills has held the stake in Rohr since 2011
