42m Easy Lift for London Sky Pool

Cleaning and maintenance contractor NJC has taken delivery of a new 42 metre Easy Lift spider lift for cleaning work at the new Embassy Gardens residential development in Nine Elms, London.
The development includes the unique 25 metre glass Sky Pool which presents serious access challenges to reach the external surfaces, given its clear height of 35 metres. It requires a machine that not only offers the reach, but is also compact and relatively lightweight to fit into the limited area below.

The new lift was purchased though local dealer Independent Access Sales and features diesel, 380 volt AC or a lithium ion battery power packs. It offers a maximum working height of 41.4 metres and an outreach of 17 metres with 120kg in the platform and can reach 16.5 metres with the unrestricted platform capacity of 230kg. Slew is 440 degrees, while 180 degrees of platform rotation is standard. Total weight is 8,800kg.
