14 Multitels for GT Access

UK rental company GT Access has purchased 12 new 20 metre Multitel HX200EX and two 25 metre Multitel MZ250 truck mounted lifts, in order to expand its new truck mounted fleet.

The company plans to target highway maintenance, tree surgery and general maintenance applications for the new 3.5 tonne articulated platforms.
The new machines are mounted on Iveco Daily 3.5t 35S14 Euro 6E chassis which can handle both highway and off road terrain, making them ideal for construction sites and locations with steep inclines. The vehicles are equipped the latest safety technology such as cycle sensors, in-cab alert systems, lower door glass on the passenger side and a full panoramic camera CCTV system so the driver has enhanced vision around the vehicle.

Five of the new Multitel HX200EX & MZ250 truck mounted lifts arrive at GTAccess


The HX200EX has a working height of19.9 metres, with an outreach of 9.6 metre, an up & over height of 10 metres and an unrestricted platform capacity of 225kg.
The MZ250 has a working height of 25.1 metres, an outreach up to 14.35 with 80kg in the platform, as well as 2.5 metres of below ground reach maximum platform capacity is 250kg at an outreach of up to 10.5 metres.

The units are equipped with the MUSA Multitel Self Adapting outreach system which automatically adjusts the working envelope depending on the actual outrigger positions selected, the slew point of the superstructure and the load in the platform.
