Snorkel has launched a new online warranty services portal allowing owners to digitally manage product warranty claims and information. New users can create an account to submit a claim, search and view claim history, and submit labour rate declarations.
The company said: “There is no change on how claims are processed, we are simply improving the experience to submit and track warranty claims, hopefully improving claim processing times. The new warranty services portal is the part of our customer support digitisation campaign. While we are still accepting scanned/mailed paper copies of warranty claim submissions, this will be phased out over the coming months.”
Jamie Graham, vice president product support for Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel, added: “We are continually looking for opportunities to improve our customer experience, and the launch of this new online warranty services portal is a fantastic development for our customers and product support team. Our customers can now take control of their warranty claim process, with the ability to submit the claim and all supporting materials online, as well as receive status updates as a claim is processed.”
