Solid performance from Faresin
Italian telehandler manufacturer Faresin has reported its 2021 results with revenues rising almost 18 percent to €58 million. Profit before interest, tax and depreciation leapt more than 27 percent, while pre-tax profits increased almost 14 percent to €4.9 million. The total number of units sold increased 18 percent, but shipment details were not included in the numbers.
During the year Faresin opened two new sales and service operations for European agriculture: one in Germany in Lower Saxony, the other in Normandy, France. The company also launched its new compact seven metre/3,200kg FS 7.32 telehandler, the first of a new generation of telehandlers on the international market. More recently it opened the Faresin Academy to provide improved training for employees, dealers, distributors, suppliers and end users.

Chairman Sante Faresin said: “We are very satisfied with our 2021 results because we could confirm the development and growth trend of recent years. This is an important result because we achieved it in a year that was even more difficult than 2020. Several structural problems that have caused a crisis in the supply chain affected 2021 and made the economic scenario very fluid and unpredictable.”
