Terex acquires ProAll
Terex has acquired Canadian volumetric concrete mixer company ProAll.
Based in Olds, Alberta – due north of Calgary towards Red Deer – and builds custom configured mixers while offering a wide range of after sales services and training.
Volumetric mixers provide make-to-order, mobile concrete delivery that eliminates concerns over delivery time between a concrete plant and a job site by mixing the ingredients locally once the mixer arrives on site.

The Terex statement said: “The addition of these products will enable Terex to expand its presence in US concrete markets, where ProAll joins Terex Advance, the leader in front discharge mixer trucks, and Terex Bid-Well, roller pavers for bridge and canal work. ProAll also sells to non US markets, adding a new dimension to the current portfolio and creating significant new opportunities for international growth.”
The acquired company joins the Terex Materials Processing division alongside cranes, division president Kieran Hegarty, added: "ProAll will provide us with exciting prospects to expand into new markets and grow our presence in concrete. We look forward to embarking on this journey together with our new colleagues in Alberta and Texas."
