JCB moves ahead of 2019

UK construction equipment manufacturer JCB has filed its full year accounts for calendar year 2021.

The company is privately held and has yet to release a trading statement or annual report, but accounts filed under J.C. Bamford Excavators Ltd, show a 41 percent jump in revenues to £3.44 billion moving above 2019 levels by more than seven percent. At the same time pre-tax profits more than doubled to £324.5 million, 22 percent up on pre-pandemic 2019.

2021 also saw a substantial pick up in tangible net worth and working capital.
