New Potain distributor for UK

Potain has appointed Falcon tower cranes as UK distributor for its self-erecting tower cranes.

The appointment was confirmed at Bauma yesterday. The current distributor - Ladybird Crane Hire - will retain its contact with Potain and remain as a rental dealer.

The appointment follows the appointment of Julian Dyer as sales manager earlier this year, following a six year stint with HTC Wolffkran. He will be supported by David Johns who has been promoted to national sales manager after almost five years with the company.

In order to kick off the new agreement Falcon has ordered six new Potain self erecting tower cranes, two Igo 50 models, a Hup 40-30, and three Igo T 85 A .
