Alimak academy

Alimak Hek held the first of what it is calling its After Sales Academy on the 29th to 31st of May at Alimak AB’s training centre in Skellefteå Sweden.

Participants attended from Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and USA for the company’s first "train the trainer" event.

The main topics for the three days included the new Alimak Lift Control system ALC-II, the new A3 system for remote monitoring of Hoists and Lifts as well as the FC, Frequency Control system.

Alimak Hek intends to offer regular professional competence development programmes for technicians and field service personal at its After Sales Academy.

The programmes will be open to service organisations, Distributors and Customers. The company also plans to extend the Academy concept by opening centres in the Netherlands and the USA during the year.
