GGR, the Unic spider crane master distributor for Europe Africa and the Middle East has appointed Dublin based Liffey Crane Hire as its official partner/dealer for Unic spider cranes and Woods Powr-Grip vacuum lifters throughout Ireland.

Based in Park West, Dublin, the company was originally set up in 1998 as Liffey Glass transport by managing director Michael Gill and operations director Brendan Nolan, adding other glass handling activities a few years later, including crane rental. In 2022 the company launched the Liffey Training Academy providing specialist training for operators and managers.
