Belgian international crane and heavy lift company Sarens and Italian entrepreneur Carlo Fagioli’s Effe Holding business are acquiring a minority stake in Italian lifting solutions company Zanetti Solution.
Zanetti Solution has more than 50 years of experience in custom heavy lift and rigging solutions, including jacking, skidding, testing, weighing and heavy transport for the Oil & Gas, wind power and shipyard sectors.
Sarens director of technical solutions, projects and engineering Carl Sarens said: “Zanetti is a company with which we have common goals and aspirations. We are looking forward to the new challenges we can face together to better serve the Italian market and other markets.”
Zanetti's owner Laurano Zanetti added: “At Zanetti, we are proud to incorporate in our ranks Sarens and Effe Holding. We are confident that the combination of our forces and know how will bring us to new heights."

Carlo Fagioli said: “Several years after leaving the Fagioli Group, my passion for logistics has now led me to accept this new entrepreneurial challenge alongside Zanetti Solution and the international giant Sarens. We are thrilled to be part of this union.”
Carlo and brother Giovanni Fagioli also run other transport and logistics businesses including Snatt Logistica in the fashion sector and forwarding company SodiMax.
