Italian rental company M.D.M Service Noleggio has taken delivery of six Multitel articulated boom truck mounted platforms, taking its Multitel fleet to 25 units.
The latest models include the 21 metre MX210, 19.6 metre MX196 and 20 metre MXE200, all of which are mounted on 3.5 tonne chassis, articulated with 3.5 tonnes.
The majority of the new platforms are the HX200EX which has a working height of 19.9 metres, an outreach of 9.6 metres with an up & over height of 10 metres and an unrestricted platform capacity of 225kg.
The six new platforms
The owner of M.D.M, Marco Ursini said: “I chose Multitel because of the trustworthiness of the company. As far as the future is concerned, I foresee a modernisation and an increase in the Multitel fleet."
M.D.M is based in Argenta - east of Bologna - with the current company was set up in 2015, but the business dates back to 2006 when it purchased its first Multitel. Since then, it has opened two branches in Bagnacavallo - west of Ravenna - and Ferrara from where it runs a fleet of 200 machines, including truck mounted lifts, boom and scissor lifts and spider lifts, as well as telehandlers and some general rental equipment.
