SitePro - the Texas based spin off from Briggs Equipment - has moved into Tennessee with a branch in Memphis.
The 3,000 square metre facility is an ex Briggs Equipment depot and is located on a five acre site on the South East side of the city. The new company’s 14th location will be managed by Michael Alexander and service customers in the greater Memphis area along with Eastern Arkansas and Northern Mississippi.
Chief operating officer John Hiatt said: “This branch will help us connect our branch network in Texas and Louisiana with our branches in Georgia, allowing us to share fleet more efficiently and better serve our customers with projects in Tennessee.”
Chief executive Tim Rule added: “By the end of 2023 we plan to open locations in Denton and Haltom City in Texas, and Shreveport in Louisiana. We’re very excited to enter the great state of Tennessee and plan to open a branch in Nashville in 2024.”
SitePro was a spin off from Briggs Equipment in 2021 as owner Sammons Industrial - part of the larger Sammons Enterprises group - looked to separate its general rental business from its material handling sales and rental operations. See: A new name in rental
