Cramo adds in Finland

The Cramo group, the Finland based rental company formed from Cramo and RK, has acquired Oskarin Vuokrakone an Access and general rental company with three locations n central Finland.


The agreement is an asset purchase deal which includes the rental fleet and related customer agreements. The business has seven direct employees and revenues of around €800,000, all employees are expected to transfer to Cramo.

Oskarin Vuokrakone was founded in 1981 and has branches in Jämsä and Jyväskylä plus a ‘dealer depot’ in Mänttä. The company has a significant aerial lift fleet which includes Dino Denka and Omme trailer lifts, Iteco, JLG and Skyjack scissors, JLG booms and Saxi push around scissor lifts.

The company was one of the first to take the new Leguan scissor lift.

No details of the purchase price will be released.
