Managing director Colin Murphy said: “Our fleet already features several Böcker cranes including an AK35 and three AK46’s, with the new AK 52 being the largest model available. The Böcker cranes have proved very popular with our customers and us. With its quick operation and reliability, it was an easy choice to add this unit to our fleet.”

The new crane will be joined by two more Böcker’s with an AK42 due to arrive next year and an AK48 in 2025 as soon as the new versions have been released.

Established in 2008 Nationwide is based in Basildon, Essex and operates a fleet of 20 mobile cranes ranging from seven to 200 tonnes.
