UK rental company Marsden Crane Services has taken delivery of a new 50 tonne Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1.
The three axle LTM 1050-3.1 features a four section 38 metre main boom plus a nine to 16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension for a maximum tip height of almost 57 metres. In the UK it can travel on the road with its full nine tonnes of counterweight.
Managing director, Lee Marsden said: “As part of our planned expansion, we are pleased to be receiving yet another new Liebherr All Terrain Crane into our fleet. The LTM 1050-3.1 is a quality machine, and we now look forward to further crane and machinery additions over the next 18 months.”
Based in Wigan, the company was established in 2015 by brothers Brendan, Dale and Lee Marsden and runs a fleet of All Terrain up to 90 tonnes, city type All Terrains, spider and mini crawler cranes, as well as aluminium truck cranes.
