High Rent and PBF merge

French wholesale aerial lift, spider and pick & carry crane rental company High Rent is merging with sister company PBF group - Platform Basket France.
The two companies are based at the same premises in Pontcharra between Grenoble and Chambery.
The two companies have provided no detail on the transaction, but states that with High Rent working exclusively with rental companies, rather than offering retail rental, it fits well with its spider lift distribution activities.

In a brief statement it said: “The synergy of this merger makes it possible to support our customers around the Platform Basket spider lift product range and others.” Following the merger, the group has seven sales people and 13 technicians based at five locations around the country.
