Moldavian real estate developer, Filli Partner has purchased a Potain MD 305 B for work on a large housing development in Moldova.
Purchased through the Manitowoc used crane sales team, the crane will be used on its ‘City Plaza’ development in central Ungheni which is scheduled to last two years.
The Potain MD 305 B has a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tonnes and has been reigged with its full 70 metre jib, with a jib tip capacity of 3.2 tonnes, allowing it to cover the entire site.

Lurie Gisca of Filli Partner said: “We are extremely impressed by the efficiency and capabilities of the Potain MD 305 B and are confident with our choice. Selecting this model eliminated the need for two cranes, delivering significant efficiency to our project.”

Once completed the City Plaza project will cover 34,000 square metres with 234 new homes and 9,500 square metres of commercial space including a 10 storey 32 metre high building.
Founded in 2018 and based in Chisinau, central Moldova, Filli Partner specialises in large scale construction of residential and commercial properties.
