Australian rental company Coates has taken delivery of the first 46ft Sinoboom TB14J Plus telescopic boom lift to arrive in Australia.
The unit is being delivered to a location in Queensland and has been specifically aimed at the steel erectors market in Australia, with a 7kVA belt driven generator as standard equipment.
Launched in September, the new boom - the TB46J in North America - features a three section boom, plus articulating jib for a working height of 16.1 metres, with a maximum platform capacity of 454kg. Maximum outreach is 10.9 metres with 250kg, 10 metres with 340kg or 9.1 metres with the full 450kg. The compact machine - thanks to the three section boom - has an overall weight of 7,300kg.
