Dutch spider crane, tracked carrier and pick & carry crane manufacturer Hoeflon and its dealer in the UK, Foster Cranes, have mutually terminated their partnership.
Foster says that going forward it will focus on other aspects of its business, the main one being trading in used cranes. It will continue to provide after sales support for the Hoeflon product line until alternatives are in place and fully operational.
A few of the Hoeflon crane models Foster Crane has issued the following statement:
“As many will know, Foster Cranes has been the UK Dealer for Hoeflon for just over 5 years. As a well established Mobile Crane Dealer in the UK, it’s been a hugely positive experience launching the Hoeflon Compact Crane products in to the UK Market. We have, and continue, to work closely with a range of customers across various sectors and have been able to introduce new innovations and ways of working as the Crane Hire Industry continues to evolve and better support their customers too."
“We feel that now is the right time to move in a new direction and have now concluded our time as the Hoeflon UK Dealer with effect from the end of January 2024. We have been in contact with all of our customers to not only personally inform them but reassure them that we will be continuing to support them across all aspects of Service until a new UK Dealer is appointed by Hoeflon.”
