Indian distribution and rental company Mtandt hosted a very unusual fashion show during the OSH India awards in Mumbai, highlighting the importance of safety equipment in the construction sector.
The OSH awards is south Asia’s largest health and safety event which aims to: "Recognise and honour the industry’s brightness stars, the most innovative organisations and brave employees in the country."
The runway at the OSH India event was transformed into a display of safety gear. The models added a touch of glamour to everything from from hard hats to harnesses.
The chairman and face of Mtandt, Rakesh Modi, even made an appearance and walked down the runway himself alongside the models.
The company said: “The Mtandt fashion show brought together the best of both worlds, blending cutting edge safety technology with the latest trends in fashion. The event showcased that safety isn’t just a necessity, it’s a statement. Who said safety can’t be glamorous? Let’s continue to walk to path of safety.”
