100t for Karmax

Polish crane rental company Karmax has taken delivery of a new 100 tonne Grove GMK4100L-2 All Terrain crane from local dealer Zeppelin Polska.

This is the second Grove GMK4100L-1 for the company, which has selected the new unit based on experience with its existing model.

The four axle GMK4100L-2 features a seven section 60 metre main boom and can be topped with a 9.7 to 16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, with additional eight metre inserts available for a maximum tip height of 89 metres. It can also carry 6.8 tonnes of its 26 tonnes of counterweight onboard within 12 tonne axle limits. Karmax also took the optional MAXbase™ variable outrigger set up and monitoring system.
