Mexican rental company Magruber has taken delivery of seven Liebherr cranes over the past two years with a new mystery flagship due to arrive in the coming months.
The company hasn’t specified how much larger the new flagship will be, but it will join Magrubers fleet of 12 mobile cranes which includes the recently delivered 120 tonne LTM 1120-4.1, the 150 tonne LTM 1150-5.3, 160 tonne 1160-5.2 and the 230 tonne LTM 1230-5.1 All Terrains. The company orders all its units with bi-fold swingaway extensions.
Owner Salvador Berumen said: "Our cranes have an average age of three years, reflecting both their high technical standard and performance. We operate the youngest crane fleet in Mexico City."
"When selecting new cranes, we focus not only on lifting capacities and boom lengths, but also on compact dimensions. VarioBase and VarioBallast are crucial features for us, as they make it easier to manage numerous jobs in tight and complex work environments.”
Based near the centre of Mexico City, the company operates within industrial and infrastructure projects. It runs a fleet of All Terrains, lorry loaders, truck mounts, self erectors, city types, spiders, scissors, and forklifts.
