The ladder and table solution
Spotted 'somewhere in Texas' a man is looking to reach an outside lamp using anything immediately available , with little attention paid to what might happen if one of the elements of his pyramid slips out.

Not much else to say really except this sort of thing goes on every day, even in the most mature powered access markets.
Definitely one for our Death Wish series.

I've seen worse... A mayor driving a 10-ton forklift on the road carrying a scaffold. He parked the forklift under a light pole, lifted forks to maximum, picked a ladder, reached the scaffold, climbed the scaffold and went to replace the lamp. Then he repeated for at least other 8 more poles
