CPL launches Recovery division

UK based vehicle mounted lift manufacturer/installation company CPL launched its new Recovery division at the Tow Show in Telford, as it adds Isoli based recovery equipment to its range.

The new 50 SLA recovery truck

Isoli has been producing recovery equipment for around 75 years, well before it began manufacturing truck mounted work platforms, it is also part of the Klubb group as is CPL. CPL recovery vehicles will be manufactured in the UK at its new production facility in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Handing over the keys to the RAC

The first product out of the door is 50 SLA recovery truck designed for breakdown and roadside assistance company the RAC. The vehicle has a flatbed inclination of nine degrees, a lift arm capacity of 2,500kg and fork capacity of 2,000kg or 2,500kg.

Other models in the range include the LDR 10, a 4x4 pick up mounted tow truck with 1,400kg rear and 2,000kg front winches, and the Transall with a 5.57 metre by 2.3 metre bed with nine degrees inclination and movable winch with 3,600kg line pull and 2,000kg fork capacity.

CPL was founded in 2011 and based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, offers a range of products including van, truck and pickup mounted platforms from manufacturers including Klubb, Palfinger Platforms, Palazzani, Almacrawler, Isoli and Dinolift as well as custom designs.
