Not up to the job
We have received video footage of a serious overturning incident in which a three axle truck crane with five section boom fully extended, went over as it removed a counterweight section from a tower crane. Sadly - perhaps predictably - the crane was not up to the job and the resulting incident almost certainly resulted in a fatality or two or very serious injuries.
We have been trying to obtain confirmation of when and where it occurred but still have no idea.

The video footage speaks for itself – watch for the two men trying in vain to keep a lifting outrigger on the ground and staying with it all the way.
