GSR for Jakob Schäfer

German rental company Jakob Schäfer has taken delivery of a 21.5 metre GSR B220PXE truck mounted platform from local distributor Rothlehner.

Mounted on a Isuzu chassis, the B220PXE features a dual sigma type riser, topped by a three section telescopic boom and end mounted platform, providing an outreach of 11.4 metres at an up & over height of 8.5 metres with an unrestricted capacity of 120kg, or just over eight metres of outreach with the maximum 250kg platform capacity.

Jakob Schäfer received its first units from Rothlehner in 2009 and has since added seven truck mounted platforms and four trailer lifts from the company.

Jakob Schäfer founded the company that bears his name in 1956 offering plumbing services along with heating, and sanitation installations. Based in Upgant-Schott, north west of Bremen in Germany's far north, the company offers a bathroom, solar panel and heating installation and maintenance, alongside aerial work platform rental, running a fleet of scissor and boom lifts, along with trailer and truck mounted lifts up to 35 metres.
