UK based SHC Hire has joined the Access Alliance, the association of independently owned regional rental companies.
SHC was established in 1981 and operates from 10 branches in northern England with its headquarters in Skipton, North Yorkshire. It offers aerial work platforms, gardening and construction equipment rental and repair services as well as IPAF training courses. The partnership was formalised on 20th November at the Access Alliance directors meeting held at the Forest of Arden Hotel in Birmingham.
SHC director Matthew Wilson said: "Joining the Access Alliance is a significant milestone for SHC Hire. This partnership enables us to broaden our reach and strengthen our ability to meet customer needs while working alongside some of the best in the industry. We are excited to contribute to and benefit from the expertise and collaboration within the Alliance.”
The chairman of the Access Alliance Mike Webb said: "The Access Alliance is delighted to have SHC Hire on board. Their strong reputation and commitment to excellence in access hire make them a perfect fit for our group. We look forward to building on this partnership to further enhance the service we provide to customers across the UK.”
The Access Alliance now has a combined fleet of more than 17,000 machines available from over 65 locations across the UK and Ireland.
