Dutch mobile self-erecting tower crane manufacturer Spierings has appointed Tim Leech as UK & Ireland area sales manager.
He joins the company from Tadano UK where he has been a regional manager for the past nine years, starting in 2016, when it was Terex Demag, becoming Demag and then Tadano.

He began his career as a business consultant with Unilever, leaving after four years to join Mars Drinks as a business development manager. In 2014 he switched to the tyre industry spending just over a year and half as national accounts sales executive for Group Tyre UK, before making the move into the crane industry with Terex/Demag.
Speaking of his new role he said: “I am excited to join the Spierings family and bring my experience. The company’s innovative, fully hybrid product range and vision perfectly aligns with my ambitions.
