Leguan steps up in France

Finnish spider lift manufacturer Leguan Lifts has increased the market coverage of French distributor FSI Franskan, adding more market sectors to its remit.

FSI Franskan - based in Arçonnay, halfway between Paris and Rennes - was appointed as a distributor in 2021. It operates from four locations across France and will now support Leguan customers in construction, rental and property maintenance sectors, in addition to its established presence in tree care and arborist markets. The distributor will continue to serve as official the Leguan spare parts and service provider for all customers in France.

Leguan sales vice president Jori Mylläri said: "Our collaboration with FSI Franskan has proven its value over time. By investing further in this partnership, we can ensure French customers get the best after sales support and access to our versatile portfolio."

Anthony Duheron of FSI Franskan's added: "We're proud to extend our responsibility as Leguan's official service and spare parts provider in France. With our skilled technicians, in-depth product knowledge, and swift logistics network, we are well positioned to support Leguan's growing customer base nationwide."

The expanded partnership also includes additional training programmes for sales and service employees, enhanced marketing initiatives and improved after sales service infrastructure.
