CPS adds Genie parts

Genie has appointed aerial lift replacement parts specialist CPS Access Platform Parts - formally Cherrypicker shop - as one of its authorised parts providers in the UK.

The company will provide a back up for Genie's full sales and service dealer Workplatform, from its warehouse in Crook, west of Durham. The appointment aims to benefit small and medium size aerial lift companies with faster delivery of common parts from local stock, while providing support for infrequent parts customers.

CPS director Tom Cribb said: "We pride ourselves in providing the highest levels of technical advice and support, ensuring our customers find it easy to identify and order the correct part without having the spend time searching for it themselves.”

CPS is based in Crook, County Durham and aims to be a one call parts sourcing solution with next day delivery for companies with mixed rental fleets and service engineers working on a wide range of manufacturer’s machines. In 2021 it acquired the parts inventory, historical records and archive material of Simon Access parts specialist Miles Robinson and that year same year was appointed as a Zoomlion parts & service dealer for the UK.
