Franna business development manager

Franna, part of Terex cranes, has appointed Kevin Aabel as business development manager for North America, he joins the company from Manitowoc where he has worked as regional sales manager for Midwestern US and Canada for the past 2.5 years.

Aabel began his working life in 2013 as an infantry officer with the US Army, before moving into the lifting/ work at height industry as an account manager with Altec in 2019. After two and a half years with Altec, he moved to Oshkosh as government sales manager for its Defence vehicle division. Starting with Manitowoc the following year.

Franna said: “Kevin is actively engaging with dealers across North America to explore how Franna's pick & carry cranes can integrate into new and existing fleets. With hands on expertise and a clear understanding of market needs, he's ready to have informed with potential dealers and industry contacts who are interested in expanding their crane offerings.”
