First pictures of new Potain crane

Potain has added a third and smallest model to its City Topless range - the MCT78.

The unit has a maximum lift of 5 tonnes.

Spotted at the recent opening of Manitowoc's new facility at Baltar, Portugal, the crane uses 1.2 metre mast sections and has a maximum capacity of five tonnes to 12.6 metres and can lift 1.05 tonnes at its maximum radius of 51 metres.

The new Potain MCT 78 can lift 1.05 tonnes at 51 metres.

The Baltar plant will produce Potain's MC, MCT and MDT ranges of cranes working with the nearby Fanzeres factory.
